We are the Data Controller (GDPR) / Data Fiduciary (DPDP Act).

2. Data We Collect

• Identity & contact data (name, phone, email, postal address)
• Reservation & order data (table bookings, food orders, special requests, allergies)
• Payment data (processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways; we do not store full card numbers)
• Technical data (IP address, browser, device, cookies)
• Marketing preferences & communication history
• CCTV footage in premises (for security only)
• Special-category data only when voluntarily provided (e.g., dietary requirements revealing health/religion)

• Directly from you (website, apps, phone, in-person, Wi-Fi login)

• Booking & transaction data: 8 years (Indian tax law)
• Marketing consents: until withdrawn
• CCTV: maximum 30 days unless required for legal claims
• All other data: deleted when no longer required

9. Your Rights (GDPR + DPDP Act)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, object or withdraw consent (marketing), and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or the relevant EU supervisory authority.
